COMMUNITY GAMES: Reminder to all regarding our Annual Table Quiz which is
to be held in Flahive’s Bar, Sunday 27th December at 8.30pm. Looking
forward to an enjoyable relaxing night and a great get together of friends
and family to test your knowledge after all the excitement of Santa’s
arrival.

all proceeds going to our Grotto development of Gairdín Mhuire.

PIETA HOUSE SUICIDE & SELF-HARM CRISIS CENTRE: We provide a life-saving,
barrier free service to the people of Kerry who find themselves at raised
risk of suicide and self-harm. Personal and third party referrals are
accepted meaning, a GP or psychiatric referral is not required.

GAA LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn at last Sunday’s GAA Lotto:
9-10-12-27. The Jackpot of €2,300 was not won. Next week’s Jackpot
will be €2,350. The two €50 winners were: Kathleen Reidy, Clahaneleish and
Colm Carroll, Ballinclemessig. The €25 winner was Seamus O’Connor, Tralee.
If Jackpot is not won, extra prizes for Christmas will be drawn on ticket.

BALLYHEIGUE GAA AGM: The Annual General Meeting of the Ballyheigue GAA
Club will be held in the Club Room this Sunday 20th December at 4.00pm.

MEDAL PRESENTATION: Well done to Michael Leane and Brian Riordan who were
presented with their All-Ireland Minor Medals and Philip Lucid who received
his National Hurling League and Christy Ring Cup Medals, at the Kerry Co.
Board function last week-end. Congratulations to all three boys.

COURSING LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn on Monday 7th December in
the Ballyheigue & District Coursing Club Lotto: 5-7-13-24. Jackpot was not
won. The €50 winner was Holly Shanahan, C/o Diarmuid. The €25 winners
were: Kathleen Fitzgerald, C/o Macs; Johnny Griffin and Mary Hayes, C/o
Christina. Next week’s Jackpot €2,950.

BINGO: A massive Christmas bingo will be held in the Tintean Theatre on
Sunday 27th December at 2pm; Prize fund of up to €5,000 to be won with the
main jackpot at €1,000. All enquiries 068-28003. The Ballybunion bingo
enters its 40th year in 2016 so to celebrate this occasion a mega Bingo
will be held Christmas, Easter, Summer and Halloween in 2016 with a total
prize fund of €20,000 on offer.
All proceeds go towards the Tintean Theatre which is currently in the
process of putting in a smoking shelter, new car park lighting, and new
lighting within the building.

DEATH: The death has taken place in London of Willie O’Connor,
formerly of Chapel
Road, Ballyheigue RIP. Brother of Tom, Peter, Hannah and Kitty. Funeral
arrangements in London on December 18th, 2015.
