GAA LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn at last Sunday’s Lotto:
1-19-27-29.The Jackpot of €4,550 was not won. Next week’s Jackpot will be
€4,600. The two €50 winners were: Mark Stack, Bouleenshere and Luke
Bowler, Ballylongane. The €25 winner was Teresa Casey, Ballylongane.
NATIONAL GAA CLUB DRAW: The Ballyheigue GAA Club will once again take part
in the National GAA Club Draw. The Club members will be travelling around
the parish asking for your support, tickets cost €10. Fantastic prizes,
all sponsored by Croke Park. All proceeds from the Draw will go to the
local GAA Club. We would appreciate your support.
MUNSTER CLUB: Congratulations to Kilmoyley who defeated Monaleen in the
Munster Club Championship semi-final on Sunday. Full time score Kilmoyley
4-12 and Monaleen 0-13.

NOVICE PLOUGHING: The Novice Ploughing will take place on Sunday next 13th
November on the lands of Kate Brown, Buncurrig starting at 11.30pm sharp.
RACES AGM: The A.G.M. of the Ballyheigue Races will be held on this Friday
night 11th November in the K.L.Lounge at 8pm. All members are asked to
COMMUNITY GAMES 2017: Our Annual AGM of Ballyheigue Community Games will be
held on Friday 11th November at 11.30 am at The Family Resource Centre.
After a short break and a very successful year in Community Games we will
be discussing all the events for the coming year 2017. Anybody who would be
interested in being involved in the training of any events your help would
be greatly appreciated. In order for us to compete in such a wide variety
of events your help is needed. Looking forward to seeing you there. Anyone

DECEASED OF PAST YEAR: In St. Mary’s Church, Ballyheigue at 8.00pm Vigil
Mass on Saturday November 12th we will prayerfully remember all those who
have died during the past year. Relatives are asked to collect a candle
from members of the Liturgy Group at the front door on their way in.
During Mass they will be asked to bring the candle to the Altar where it
will be lit in remembrance of their loved one. If you would like to
remember others who died since last November outside of the Parish please
hand in their names during the week to the Parish Office.

DEATH: The death occurred of Ned O’Halloran, Caherulla, Ballyheigue Reposed
at Hartnett’s Funeral Home on Wednesday 2nd November 2016. Requiem Mass in
St. Mary’s Church on Thursday 3rd November and burial afterwards in the Holy
Family Cemetery, Ballyheigue RIP. Sadly missed by his loving family.
Sons: Liam, James, Patrick and Eamon. Daughters: Helen, Ann, Elaine and
Mary. Sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchild;
nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
