“DO THIS IN MEMORY”: The children and parents of First Communicants will
be involved in the Mass on next Sunday February 26th at 10.00am. This is a
very important part of children’s preparation for First Communion involving
parents and Parish to complement the work of the teachers. Thanks to those
parents who are preparing for this Mass.

NORTH KERRY PILGRIMAGE TO FATIMA: From 17th to 24th August 2017 limited

COMMUNITY GAMES: Hard luck to both our U-13 and U-15 futsol teams who
played over the last 2 Sundays. Unfortunately both teams never got out of
their groups. Thanks to Mark and Jack for helping with the teams. Well done
to all the boys and to the parents who helped with travel. Thanks to
everyone who contributed to our Church gate collection last weekend. Best
of luck to our U-10, U-12 and U-14 draughts team who play this Sunday in
Listowel, also to those who are participating in Art on Saturday. Anybody
interested in U-14 Quiz, Swimming and Model Making contact Fiona 085-785
8229 ASAP. Training for U-10 indoor soccer will resume on Saturday 4th
March at 12.45 to 1.45. Cost €3.

CAUSEWAY CAMOGIE NEWS: W pare would like to invite all girls age from 5yrs
to 11yrs from Ballyduff, Lixnaw, Kilflynn, Ballyheigue, Abbeydorney &
Causeway to give Camogie a try for a few weeks. It’s all happening Friday
night’s from 6.30pm to 7.30pm in the Sportshall, Causeway. Cost €2 per
night. If you have a helmet bring it with you, if not we will supply one.
Parents are very welcome to stay & enjoy the hour with their daughters or
go for a walk around the ring while your daughter is making friends and

FUNDRAISING: We will host a Table Quiz in Harty’s Bar on Thursday 23rd of
Feb. Lots of great spot prizes. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
MEDAL PRESENTATION: Our special guests will present the victorious U12’s
with their Co. League, Causeway Blitz & Veronica Stack medals, U13 Limerick
Championship, U14 Co. League & Minors Limerick League medals immediately
after the quiz. So lots of silverware on display after a fantastic 2016
for the club.

CAMOGIE CLUB CAUSEWAY: We would like to invite all girls age from 5yrs to

YOUTH CLUB: Ballyheigue Youth Club will be holding their annual Church Gate
collection this week-end 25th/26th February.

COURSING LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn on Monday 13th February in
the Ballyheigue & District Coursing Club Lotto: 1-4-12-17. Jackpot was not
won. The €50 winner was P. J. Higgins, C/o Pat. The €25 winners were:
John McCoy, C/o Macs; Rose & Elaine Murphy, C/o Kitty; and Carol Dineen,
C/o Christina. Next week’s Jackpot €5,950.

GAA LOTTO: The following numbers were drawn at last Sunday’s GAA Lotto:
11-14-26-27. The Jackpot of €5,250 was not won. Next week’s Jackpot will
be €5,300. The two €50 winners were: Valerie Barrett, Mountway and Anthony
Dineen, Tiershanahan. The €25 winner was K. O’Halloran, C/o K’s The
Village, Ballyheigue.

KERRY HURLERS: The Kerry Senior hurlers were beaten by Limerick in the
N.H.L at the Gaelic Grounds on Sunday. Score Kerry 3-8 and Limerick 6-21.
Philip Lucid was a member of the team.

REGISTRATION: For Ballyheigue GAA club will take place on Sunday the 5th of
March between 11 and 12noon in the club rooms. You can also register on
Tuesday the 14th of March between 7 and 8 pm. Any adults that wish to pay
membership can do so on these dates also.
